As much as you loved your old home, you have outgrown it and need something fresh.
Together we will work to design your dream house, taking into account all those things that you like or need. Using some amazing software we will have a 3D model of your house so you can virtually walk around it.
Having drawn up your plans, I will organise consultants and manage council approvals so you can start building ASAP.
To Extend, or Renovate?
You love your house, but it needs a bit of help to meet your new needs.
Together we will work to develop a design that integrates as smoothly as possible into your existing house. There may be a bit of pain, but it will be a lot of gain for you.
That annoying wall will be gone before you know it!!
Much like a new house, I can organise relevant consultants and manage council approvals.
Kitchen/Bathroom Renovation.
It is a nice kitchen, but it could be nicer. Let me draw up your old kitchen, and then virtually demolish it!!
And then, build a new kitchen.
With 3D software, you can stand in your new kitchen or bathroom before it is even built!
